Les Trois Vallées up high: the reachable high points

From 2,320 m to about 3,190 m above Val Thorens. New cabins since 22 November 2025. Summer 2026: 4 July – 28 August, 9:45am–4:15pm, last ascent 3:45pm.

Pass at 2,304 m between Courchevel and Méribel, reserved for bicycles: cars banned. 7 km on the Méribel side, 6.5 on the Courchevel side, a 23% wall.

Two-section link from Orelle to the Cime Caron, replacing the 3 Vallées Express. Summer 2026: 4 July – 30 August, 7 days a week, 09:45–16:15.

Bottom station 2,077 m, top station 2,710 m. Rebuilt by POMA, reopened 6 December 2024. Summer 2026: 4 July – 30 August, 9:30am–4:30pm. Operated by Société des 3 Vallées.

Gondola to 2,804 m above Les Menuires, closed Thursday to Saturday inclusive. Glass-floored cabin and machine-room access included with the pedestrian ticket.

Arrives at 2,952 m above Méribel, commune of Les Allues, in 8 minutes. Three lifts to chain from Méribel-Mottaret. Summer 2026: 4 July – 29 August.

Courchevel: six linked villages from 1,100 to 1,850 m, 150 km of home slopes, free shuttles, free cross-country — and the 600 km of Les 3 Vallées. 2026-27 season: 4 December to 18 April.

Méribel: villages from 1,100 to 1,750 m at the heart of the 3 Vallées, 150 km of runs (50% green-blue), free pass under 5 and 75+, free Doron sledge run. 2026-27 season: 5 December to 18 April.

Les Menuires (1,850 m): 81 local runs, the 3 Vallées on skis — and ten free beginner lifts, named one by one on the official map. 2026-27 season: 5 December to 18 April.

The Rosière lake loop at Courchevel: an easy 1.8 km in 1 h, stroller-accessible, a footbridge over the lake and a botanical trail. The longer, 'difficult' winter version is quoted too.

The Poux waterfall at Courchevel: 1 h on the botanical trail from the Rosière lake, an easy 2.7 km return, free, dogs accepted, 1 May to 31 October. Avoid in heavy rain.

Val Thorens, Europe's highest ski resort (2,300 m): season 21 November 2026 to 2 May 2027, the Cosmojet — France's longest sledge run — and free shuttles. Unverifiable figures stay unstated.

Lac de Tuéda (Les Allues, Savoie): Not a declared bathing site, unsupervised. Official sources, discrepancies flagged.

The Bruyères pond walk at Les Menuires: a very easy 900 m around a pond of frogs and dragonflies, listed by the Vanoise park among its accessible-to-all sites.
